The large listed buildings over three floors have four poster beds, en-suite rooms, traditional fireplaces with wood burners, ample parking and large gardens to enjoy. The location is ideal for water based activities such as fishing, boating and windsurfing with the River Avon, The Stour and Christchurch Harbour all close by, as well as being close to Bournemouth, Mudeford and Southbourne beaches.

There are sailing clubs all around this location with Christchurch Sailing Club and Highcliffe Sailing Club being just a few. The area is is also the perfect gateway for a sailing holiday with the I.O.W. on your doorstep providing another great sailing destination. For non-sailors Christchurch and the surrounding area has some amazing days out with blue flag beaches or the New Forest both within a 15 minute drive.

Perfect for a fishing holiday an amazing Cedar wood Lodge is available right by the River Avon in Hampshire on a fishing lake. As an additional unique touch a large Tipi is available by the lodge to rent and use as extra accommodation for a further 2 people. Other properties can be rented in the New Forest near the Avon and in Devon with fishing lake access included staying in a Cottage with views of the lakes in all directions.
